Our services are 'bespoke' in the sense that a tailored package will be created to fit your particular circumstances. As such, whilst we have set prices for the provision of our services, the fees payable will be discussed at the time of contracting with us and will depend on the level of work involved.

The option is not just available to first or second time buyers, you may have the cash to buy the property but you would like to try the property out before you buy it outright.
Investment Solutions Plus can arrange a rental and purchase plan which helps you live in the property while you build up an ideal deposit or 'try before you buy'. This also helps you get onto the property ladder and allows you to subsequently exercise an option to buy the property from the landlord or property seller.
Quite often due to a marital or relationship split, one party might find themselves having to sell shared property, and rent for a period of time before purchasing their next property.
